不銹鋼(gang)管立式穿孔機具(ju)有各(ge)種不同的(de)結(jie)構(gou),采用何種結(jie)構(gou)取決于其不同的(de)用途(tu)。


  若用(yong)(yong)于(yu)實心坯料穿孔(kong)(kong)的穿孔(kong)(kong)機(ji),通常具有(you)(you)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在同一導向(xiang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置上的兩個活動(dong)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang),其中(zhong)一個橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)(you)鐓(dui)粗(cu)坯料用(yong)(yong)的鐓(dui)粗(cu)桿(gan),也稱為鐓(dui)粗(cu)梁(liang);另一個活動(dong)橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)上安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)有(you)(you)穿孔(kong)(kong)桿(gan),即稱穿孔(kong)(kong)梁(liang)。兩個橫(heng)(heng)梁(liang)可以(yi)同時或者(zhe)單獨(du)地工作或移(yi)動(dong)。


  若(ruo)采用(yong)擴孔(kong)工藝(yi)時,沒有(you)鐓粗工序(xu),則可以簡化穿(chuan)孔(kong)機的(de)結構,兩個動(dong)梁并為一個,僅作為擴孔(kong)頭在穿(chuan)孔(kong)筒中的(de)對中,即具有(you)短行程(cheng)的(de)附加動(dong)梁。


  一般最為常用的不銹鋼管(guan)穿孔機用于分別完成穿孔和擴孔兩個工序。


   穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機按其(qi)結構形式(shi)(shi)可以(yi)分(fen)為三類(lei):有(you)一(yi)個固定穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機;有(you)一(yi)個移(yi)動穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機和具有(you)多工位的(de)(de)(de)旋轉或移(yi)動穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)座的(de)(de)(de)多穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)形式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機。日本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)神戶制鋼(gang)還安裝了有(you)3個穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)多穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)結構的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機。

  圖(tu)8-27所示為立式(shi)單筒(tong)固定式(shi)穿(chuan)孔機的(de)結構示意(yi)圖(tu),此種穿(chuan)孔機設備高度高,裝出(chu)料間(jian)(jian)隙時間(jian)(jian)長,被認(ren)為是一種陳舊的(de)結構。

  近代也(ye)有采用(yong)(yong)4工位(wei)(wei)雙穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)移動式或旋(xuan)轉式立式穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)結(jie)構(gou)(圖(tu)8-28)。這種(zhong)結(jie)構(gou)的立式穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji),采用(yong)(yong)2個穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)交替作業(ye),裝出料和(he)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)內襯的清理(li)都在穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)中心線之外進行。因此(ci),不僅(jin)使(shi)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機(ji)的高度降(jiang)低(di),同時降(jiang)低(di)了(le)廠房設施(shi)的高度,而且(qie)也(ye)提高了(le)設備的使(shi)用(yong)(yong)效率。但是(shi),隨(sui)之穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)的快速和(he)精(jing)確定位(wei)(wei)及固(gu)定比較困難,搞得不好(hao)會影響穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)后(hou)空心坯壁厚的精(jing)度。


 雙穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔筒(tong)結(jie)構的穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji),穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔筒(tong)具有4個工位,在這(zhe)些(xie)工位上依(yi)次完成(cheng)以下工序:把穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔坯(pi)料裝入(ru)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔筒(tong),進(jin)行坯(pi)料的鐓粗和穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔,從穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔筒(tong)中頂出空心坯(pi),進(jin)行穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔筒(tong)內(nei)襯的清理(li)。


 美國(guo) Lone Star鋼廠55MN(5500t)臥式鋼管擠壓機相配套(tao)的25MN(2500t)立式穿孔機的主要性能(neng)如下:

 穿孔(kong)(kong)機配置(zhi)有自(zi)動控制系統,可用(yong)于:(1)管坯的鐓粗和穿孔(kong)(kong);(2)帶預鉆孔(kong)(kong)和錐(zhui)形輔助孔(kong)(kong)坯料(liao)的擴孔(kong)(kong)。
