奧氏體不銹鋼采用手工鎢極氬(ya)弧焊可以進行各種位置的操作,其中包括水平固定管(全位置)的對接焊,但主適用于薄壁件和打底層的焊接。
根據接頭的(de)形式,平(ping)焊位置包括對(dui)接平(ping)焊和(he)平(ping)角焊兩種。
①. 對接平焊
焊(han)件在裝配時,為了防止(zhi)焊(han)接過程中(zhong)產生變形,應(ying)放(fang)在夾具中(zhong)緊固,并在焊(han)件坡口背(bei)面安放(fang)墊(dian)板,墊(dian)板上(shang)應(ying)開(kai)設(she)凹(ao)槽,內通氬氣,保護背(bei)面焊(han)縫,如圖4-11所示。
焊(han)(han)接時,首先在定位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫根(gen)(gen)(gen)部后(hou)10mm左右處(chu)開(kai)始引(yin)燃電弧,運(yun)弧至定位(wei)焊(han)(han)點根(gen)(gen)(gen)部,此時焊(han)(han)槍畫一(yi)個半(ban)圓形的圈,在坡口根(gen)(gen)(gen)部形成一(yi)個熔(rong)孔(kong),熔(rong)孔(kong)形成后(hou)向(xiang)右側(ce)鈍邊處(chu)填(tian)加(jia)焊(han)(han)絲,然(ran)后(hou)得向(xiang)左側(ce)運(yun)弧,向(xiang)左側(ce)鈍邊處(chu)填(tian)加(jia)焊(han)(han)絲,再(zai)向(xiang)右運(yun)弧,如(ru)此往復(fu)循環(huan),逐漸形成熔(rong)透焊(han)(han)縫。
操(cao)作過程中要保(bao)持(chi)熔(rong)孔始終深(shen)入母材0.5~1.0mm,出現熔(rong)孔后(hou)應(ying)立即填充焊(han)(han)絲(si),這(zhe)時形成的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)(han)縫才會(hui)均(jun)勻。如(ru)果(guo)填充焊(han)(han)絲(si)過遲,熔(rong)孔過大,反面焊(han)(han)縫就(jiu)過高,甚至產生焊(han)(han)瘤;填充焊(han)(han)絲(si)過早,若(ruo)還未形成熔(rong)孔,就(jiu)會(hui)產生未焊(han)(han)透。焊(han)(han)接過程中在(zai)不影響視線的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下盡量采用(yong)短(duan)弧,以增強氬(ya)氣的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)護效果(guo)和提高電弧的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)透能力。鎢極(ji)端部距(ju)熔(rong)池(chi)(chi)表面以2~3mm為宜,要注意觀察熔(rong)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)形狀,熔(rong)池(chi)(chi)應(ying)保(bao)持(chi)與焊(han)(han)縫軸線對稱(cheng),否則焊(han)(han)縫就(jiu)會(hui)偏斜。
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)透(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)識別:焊(han)接過程中應通(tong)過仔細觀察熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)的(de)變化來判斷是否熔(rong)(rong)(rong)透(tou)(tou)(tou),以達到單面焊(han)雙面成形的(de)目的(de)。當填充焊(han)絲(si)上一顆熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴落(luo)入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)時,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)表(biao)面位置就會(hui)升(sheng)高,隨著熱量向下(xia)(xia)傳輸(shu),基本金屬熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化形成熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔。由于重力使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)下(xia)(xia)沉,于是熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)水平(ping)下(xia)(xia)降,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)表(biao)面積擴張,這是焊(han)透(tou)(tou)(tou)的(de)重要標志。如果沒有焊(han)透(tou)(tou)(tou),熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)便不(bu)會(hui)下(xia)(xia)沉。
當運弧(hu)(hu)(hu)至終焊(han)(han)端的定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)根(gen)部3~5mm時,焊(han)(han)槍畫圈,把定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)根(gen)部熔化,然后(hou)填充2~3滴熔滴,繼續向(xiang)前施焊(han)(han)10mm左(zuo)右,把定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)表面熔化,最后(hou)用電流衰減法收弧(hu)(hu)(hu)。收弧(hu)(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)應在(zai)定(ding)位(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)后(hou)方10mm左(zuo)右處,以保(bao)證接頭部位(wei)能焊(han)(han)透。
②. 平角焊
操作時(shi),焊(han)槍(qiang)、焊(han)絲和(he)焊(han)件(jian)之間(jian)的相對位置(zhi)如圖(tu)4-12所示。電(dian)弧(hu)長度1.5mm左右,焊(han)槍(qiang)與焊(han)件(jian)的傾角(jiao)為(wei)40°~50°,焊(han)絲送入傾角(jiao)為(wei)15°~20°。
