電弧在焊劑層下燃燒進行焊接的方法稱為埋弧焊(han)(submerged arc welding,SAW)。焊接電弧在焊絲與焊件之間燃燒,焊絲沿著待焊軌跡均勻不斷地送往電弧區,電弧熱將焊絲端部及電弧附近的母材金屬和焊劑熔化,電弧移開后熔池金屬凝固成焊縫,熔化的焊劑(未滲入焊縫金屬中的那部分)則凝固成渣殼覆蓋于焊縫表面。埋弧焊分機械操作(自動)和手工操作(半自動)兩種方法。
不銹鋼管埋弧焊設備按送絲機構可(ke)分為等(deng)速送絲和均勻(yun)調節送絲兩(liang)大(da)類。
1. 等速送絲(又稱(cheng)電弧自(zi)身調節送絲)
等(deng)速送(song)絲適用(yong)于(yu)細焊(han)(han)絲或高電(dian)流(liu)(liu)密度(du)的(de)焊(han)(han)接場合,配合管(guan)狀導(dao)電(dian)嘴(或稱管(guan)狀偏(pian)心導(dao)電(dian)嘴、偏(pian)心導(dao)電(dian)嘴)。焊(han)(han)絲的(de)送(song)進按預(yu)選(xuan)定(ding)的(de)速度(du)等(deng)速進入焊(han)(han)接區,其(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)(li)是(shi)采用(yong)機械方(fang)法(更換變(bian)速齒(chi)輪(lun))來(lai)調(diao)速。依靠電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)的(de)自(zi)身(shen)調(diao)節(jie)作(zuo)用(yong)來(lai)維持弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)相對穩定(ding)。當焊(han)(han)接電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)受到外界干擾而(er)弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)增(zeng)加時,下降外特性電(dian)源供給(gei)的(de)焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)(liu)減小,焊(han)(han)絲熔(rong)化速度(du)減緩,電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)便會由(you)長(chang)變(bian)短(duan),趨向給(gei)定(ding)值(zhi)。反之(zhi),電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)變(bian)短(duan)時,焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)(liu)增(zeng)大,焊(han)(han)絲熔(rong)化加快,弧(hu)(hu)長(chang)又由(you)短(duan)變(bian)長(chang),趨向給(gei)定(ding)值(zhi)。按這個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)(li)制造的(de)等(deng)速送(song)絲埋弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)設備有(you)MZ1-1000、MZ2-1500和MZ3-500等(deng)型(xing)號,其(qi)焊(han)(han)接電(dian)源可采用(yong)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)、直流(liu)(liu)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)電(dian)源。
2. 均勻(yun)調(diao)節送(song)(song)絲(又稱強(qiang)迫(po)調(diao)節送(song)(song)絲、變速(su)送(song)(song)絲)
均勻(yun)調(diao)節送絲(si)適用于粗焊(han)絲(si)或(huo)(huo)低電流(liu)密度(du)的焊(han)接(jie)場合,配(pei)合滾輪(lun)式或(huo)(huo)夾瓦式導電嘴。
焊(han)絲(si)的(de)送(song)進速度(du)按(an)電(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)高(gao)低自動均(jun)勻調(diao)(diao)節(jie),電(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)調(diao)(diao)節(jie)原理是利(li)用(yong)電(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)作為反(fan)饋信(xin)號,經過控(kong)(kong)制調(diao)(diao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)改變(bian)送(song)絲(si)速度(du)而保持(chi)弧(hu)長(chang)相(xiang)對不變(bian)。當(dang)電(dian)弧(hu)受(shou)外界干擾(rao)變(bian)長(chang),電(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)升高(gao)時,控(kong)(kong)制調(diao)(diao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)接(jie)到電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)反(fan)饋信(xin)號后送(song)絲(si)速度(du)調(diao)(diao)快,弧(hu)長(chang)由(you)長(chang)變(bian)短,趨向(xiang)(xiang)穩定(ding)(ding)值。當(dang)電(dian)弧(hu)長(chang)度(du)變(bian)短,電(dian)弧(hu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)下降時,將(jiang)送(song)絲(si)速度(du)調(diao)(diao)慢,弧(hu)長(chang)增長(chang)趨向(xiang)(xiang)給(gei)定(ding)(ding)值。這種埋弧(hu)焊(han)機的(de)控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)稍復雜(za),具體(ti)型號有MZ-1000、MZ-1-1000和MU1-1000等。其(qi)焊(han)接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)可采(cai)用(yong)交流(liu)、直流(liu)弧(hu)焊(han)電(dian)源(yuan)。
按工作需要(yao),埋弧焊(han)機常見的(de)構造形式(shi)有:焊(han)車式(shi)、懸掛式(shi)、機床式(shi)、門架式(shi)和懸臂(bei)式(shi)等(deng),如圖4-12所示。
