一、限流孔(kong)板的(de)作用與形式


  限(xian)流孔(kong)板設置在(zai)管(guan)道中用于限(xian)制流體的流量或降低流體的壓力。有(you)的設計單位由(you)管(guan)道專業(ye)負責(ze)選用,有(you)的設計單位由(you)儀表(biao)專業(ye)負責(ze)選用。限(xian)流孔(kong)板根據(ju) GB/T 2624、HG/T20570、GD 2000、GD 87等(deng)標準(zhun)設計制造。


  限(xian)流孔板用于以下幾個方面:


   ①. 工藝物料需要(yao)(yao)降壓(ya)且精度要(yao)(yao)求不高。


   ②. 在管道中閥門上、下游需要有較大壓降時,為減少流體對閥門的沖蝕,當經孔板節流不會產生氣相時,可在閥門上游串聯孔板。


   ③. 流體需要小流量且連續(xu)流通的(de)(de)地方,如泵的(de)(de)沖洗管道、熱備用泵的(de)(de)旁(pang)路管道(低(di)流量保護管道)、分(fen)析(xi)取(qu)樣管等場所。


   ④. 需要(yao)降壓以減少噪聲或磨損的地(di)方,如放(fang)空系統。


  限(xian)流孔(kong)板(ban)(ban)為一同(tong)心銳孔(kong)板(ban)(ban),用于限(xian)制流體的(de)(de)流量或降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低流體的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。流體通(tong)過(guo)孔(kong)板(ban)(ban)就會產生壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),通(tong)過(guo)孔(kong)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)流量則隨壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)的(de)(de)增(zeng)大(da)而(er)增(zeng)大(da)。但(dan)當壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)超過(guo)一定(ding)數(shu)值(zhi)(zhi),即超過(guo)臨(lin)界(jie)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)時,不論(lun)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)如何降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低,流量將(jiang)維(wei)持一定(ding)的(de)(de)數(shu)值(zhi)(zhi)而(er)不再增(zeng)加(jia)。限(xian)流孔(kong)板(ban)(ban)就是根(gen)據這個原理用來限(xian)制流體的(de)(de)流量或降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)低流體的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。


  限流(liu)孔板作(zuo)為節流(liu)元件,由于具有結構簡(jian)單、易加(jia)工(gong)、制造成(cheng)本低、安裝方便等優點(dian),在(zai)滿足工(gong)藝(yi)要(yao)求的(de)前提下(xia),使用限流(liu)孔板代替(ti)調節閥來限定流(liu)量(liang)或降(jiang)低壓(ya)力,將會大大地(di)降(jiang)低投資(zi)和操作(zuo)維修費用,因此在(zai)國外已被(bei)廣泛地(di)應用于工(gong)藝(yi)裝置,對裝置的(de)安全運行(xing)起(qi)著重要(yao)的(de)作(zuo)用。


  限流孔板(ban)(ban)按孔板(ban)(ban)上開孔數分為單孔板(ban)(ban)和(he)多孔板(ban)(ban),按板(ban)(ban)數可分為單板(ban)(ban)和(he)多板(ban)(ban)。公稱直徑:10mm≤DN≤1000mm,公稱壓力:PN≤42MPa。工作溫度:50℃≤t≤550℃ ,連接方(fang)式:焊接、法蘭連接。典型(xing)限流孔板(ban)(ban)見(jian)圖6.6.4。

二(er)、限(xian)流孔(kong)板選型的一(yi)般(ban)要(yao)求(qiu)


 1. 氣(qi)體、蒸(zheng)汽


   為(wei)了避(bi)免使用限流(liu)(liu)孔板(ban)(ban)的(de)管路出現噎塞流(liu)(liu),限流(liu)(liu)孔板(ban)(ban)后壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(P2)不能小于板(ban)(ban)前(qian)(qian)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(p1)的(de)55%,即(ji)P2≥0.55p1,因此當P2<0.55p1 時(shi),不能用單板(ban)(ban),要選擇多板(ban)(ban)。板(ban)(ban)數要保證(zheng)每板(ban)(ban)的(de)板(ban)(ban)后壓(ya)(ya)力(li)大于板(ban)(ban)前(qian)(qian)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)55%。


 2. 液(ye)體


   當(dang)液(ye)(ye)體壓(ya)降(jiang)小(xiao)于或等于2.5MPa時,選擇(ze)(ze)單板(ban)孔(kong)板(ban)。當(dang)液(ye)(ye)體壓(ya)降(jiang)大于2.5MPa時,選擇(ze)(ze)多板(ban)孔(kong)板(ban),且使每塊孔(kong)板(ban)的(de)壓(ya)降(jiang)小(xiao)于2.5MPa。



三、孔數的(de)確定


  管道公稱直徑(jing)≤150mm的(de)管路,通常采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板;150mm時,采(cai)用(yong)(yong)多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板。多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板的(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(jing)(do),一般(ban)可選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)12.5mm,20mm,25mm,40mm。在計算多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板時,首(shou)先(xian)按(an)單孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板求出(chu)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)徑(jing)(d),然后按(an)式(6.6.1)求取選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)的(de)多(duo)(duo)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)板的(de)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)數(shu)(N)。
