浙江金洲管道工業有限公司φ508~1626mm預精(jing)焊(han)(han)螺旋縫埋弧焊(han)(han)鋼管生(sheng)(sheng)產線引進德國SMS MEER集團旗下PWS公司國際(ji)先進的預精(jing)焊(han)(han)(二步法)螺旋焊(han)(han)管生(sheng)(sheng)產技(ji)術(shu)和設(she)備,于2015年1月正式投產,年生(sheng)(sheng)產能力20萬噸,生(sheng)(sheng)產壁厚6.4mm~25.4mm,最高(gao)生(sheng)(sheng)產鋼級 L690/X100。
金州管道不銹鋼焊管生產線控制系統基于工業以太網技術,實現分布式自動化控制,是目前世界上裝備最先進、工藝最成熟、自動化程度最高的螺旋焊管生產線之一,在檢測設備方面生產線配備了112通道100%母材超聲波探傷、32通道焊縫超聲波探傷、數字平板X射線實時成像檢測系統、4000t水壓試驗機等。
一、生產工藝流(liu)程
金洲科技管道有(you)限公司ф1626mm預(yu)精焊不銹鋼焊管機組工藝流(liu)程(cheng)生產工藝流(liu)程(cheng)如圖7-7所示。
二、主要技術特(te)點
1. 高速成(cheng)型預(yu)焊機(ji)組技(ji)術
穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)的鋼(gang)帶工作(zuo)寬度和穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)的遞送狀態是(shi)實現穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)高速成(cheng)型的前(qian)提,通(tong)過以下各系統的協同(tong)工作(zuo),使鋼(gang)帶以最穩(wen)的狀態進(jin)入成(cheng)型器,在高精(jing)度模型化的成(cheng)型系統中(zhong)實現低應力(li)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)成(cheng)型,對外(wai)徑、圓(yuan)度、直度實現高精(jing)度控制,為(wei)預焊提供穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)的焊接環(huan)境。
a. 鋼(gang)帶矯(jiao)平(ping)裝置配備七輥(gun)矯(jiao)平(ping)機,矯(jiao)平(ping)高度由電機調節,矯(jiao)平(ping)力(li)大小(xiao)由液壓(ya)缸提供,可(ke)對每個(ge)(ge)矯(jiao)平(ping)輥(gun)進行獨立控(kong)制,精(jing)確調整每個(ge)(ge)矯(jiao)平(ping)輥(gun)位(wei)置的(de)壓(ya)力(li),使(shi)出(chu)口(kou)側鋼(gang)帶快速達(da)到理想的(de)矯(jiao)平(ping)狀態,其最大矯(jiao)平(ping)力(li)600噸,滿足大壁厚高鋼(gang)級的(de)高速矯(jiao)平(ping)。
b. 剪(jian)切對(dui)焊(han)(han)機配(pei)備(bei)伊(yi)薩等離子切割系統、板頭(tou)尾銑(xian)邊機、預(yu)焊(han)(han)系統、雙絲自動埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)系統,通(tong)過(guo)先銑(xian)邊后焊(han)(han)接(jie)的工藝,有效避免因板頭(tou)尾對(dui)接(jie)人為地(di)產生鐮刀彎。采用Y型焊(han)(han)接(jie)坡口,配(pei)合預(yu)焊(han)(han)+雙絲自動埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)工藝,使得對(dui)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)達到足夠的熔深(shen)和強度,確(que)保對(dui)頭(tou)焊(han)(han)縫質(zhi)量,實現鋼帶(dai)對(dui)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)在成型器快速穩定通(tong)過(guo)。
c. 自適(shi)(shi)應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)配(pei)備三(san)(san)組鋼(gang)帶寬度(du)自適(shi)(shi)應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)。第一、二組銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為粗銑(xian)(xian)(xian),寬度(du)自適(shi)(shi)應系統通過實時檢測鋼(gang)帶銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)前(qian)后(hou)寬度(du),合(he)理地分配(pei)每組銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)切削深度(du),提高刀(dao)片的(de)(de)使用壽命,保(bao)證(zheng)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)質量;第三(san)(san)組銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為精銑(xian)(xian)(xian),根據壁厚(hou)(hou)和焊接(jie)工藝設定(ding)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)后(hou)工作寬度(du)、坡(po)(po)口(kou)角度(du),鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)厚(hou)(hou)度(du)、鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)位(wei)置,穩定(ding)的(de)(de)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)控制(zhi)為后(hou)續的(de)(de)焊接(jie)提供(gong)有(you)利條件。三(san)(san)組銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)刀(dao)盤在豎直方向(xiang)具有(you)仿形隨動(dong)功能,有(you)效地防止由于帶鋼(gang)波動(dong)引起(qi)的(de)(de)坡(po)(po)口(kou)不均(jun)勻(yun),保(bao)證(zheng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)部(bu)形狀(zhuang)良好穩定(ding),從而確保(bao)成型過程穩定(ding)。同時銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)削速度(du)在3~10m/min的(de)(de)遞送速度(du)下自動(dong)進行自適(shi)(shi)應動(dong)態調節(jie),滿(man)足高速預焊的(de)(de)需求。
d. 鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)(dai)自(zi)(zi)動對中(zhong)系統配(pei)備多組(zu)鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)(dai)自(zi)(zi)動對中(zhong)裝置(zhi),每(mei)組(zu)對中(zhong)裝置(zhi)均配(pei)備獨立位置(zhi)傳感器(qi),實(shi)(shi)時(shi)監測鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)(dai)的(de)位置(zhi)信息,系統自(zi)(zi)動判斷鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)(dai)位置(zhi)狀態和(he)變化(hua)趨勢,通過(guo)先進(jin)的(de)PI閉環控制(zhi)算法,實(shi)(shi)時(shi)動態分配(pei)各組(zu)對中(zhong)輥推力(li),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)(dai)自(zi)(zi)動對中(zhong),通過(guo)數(shu)據對比自(zi)(zi)動分析鋼(gang)(gang)帶(dai)(dai)鐮刀彎程(cheng)(cheng)度,實(shi)(shi)時(shi)糾偏,保(bao)證成型過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)穩定。
e. 主驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)是整個成型預焊(han)機組的(de)(de)唯(wei)一動(dong)(dong)力(li),由兩(liang)臺210kW交流電(dian)機提供(gong),動(dong)(dong)力(li)通過(guo)行星齒輪傳(chuan)輸到驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)輥(gun)(gun),最(zui)大驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)扭矩480kN·m,兩(liang)輥(gun)(gun)夾(jia)送壓力(li)由液(ye)壓缸(gang)提供(gong),液(ye)壓回路(lu)中的(de)(de)蓄能裝置可有效吸(xi)收焊(han)縫(feng)通過(guo)輥(gun)(gun)子(zi)時(shi)的(de)(de)壓力(li)變化,提供(gong)穩定的(de)(de)遞送速度。
f. 高精(jing)度成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)機主要由(you)三輥(gun)(gun)彎(wan)曲(qu)系(xi)統和外控(kong)輥(gun)(gun)系(xi)統組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng),最大成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)力(li)300t,各成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)梁均(jun)配置(zhi)伺服電機和絕對(dui)值編碼器,采(cai)用(yong)PWS先進的成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)模型(xing)(xing)算法,通(tong)過精(jing)確定位(wei)(wei)各成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi),實(shi)現高速(su)穩定成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing),同時各位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)信息(xi)通(tong)過PLC儲存,可重復調用(yong),提高成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)效率。
g. 數(shu)字(zi)式預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)系統采用(yong)CO2氣體保(bao)護(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),由兩(liang)臺(tai)1500A數(shu)字(zi)式焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電源串聯而成,內置專(zhuan)家級(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)數(shu)據(ju)庫(ku),根(gen)據(ju)壁厚和(he)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲直徑不同,選擇合適的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)程序,程序自動(dong)調用(yong)數(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)參(can)數(shu),并在(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過程中對(dui)參(can)數(shu)進(jin)行(xing)PI閉環控(kong)制(zhi),其控(kong)制(zhi)了頻(pin)率達(da)到(dao)5kHz,確保(bao)參(can)數(shu)輸(shu)出穩(wen)定(ding)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過程采用(yong)潛弧式的過渡形式,配合活性(xing)保(bao)護(hu)氣體,可(ke)在(zai)較高的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)速度下保(bao)持穩(wen)定(ding)的熔(rong)深,確保(bao)于(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的強(qiang)度,最高焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)速度達(da)10m/min。預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)系統配備激光自動(dong)跟蹤(zong)系統和(he)視頻(pin)監控(kong)系統,可(ke)對(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)點(dian)位置和(he)預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)狀態實時監控(kong),實現自動(dong)化焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。
2. 雙環(huan)噴(pen)水式(shi)等離子環(huan)切機
配備(bei)雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)噴水(shui)式等離子切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)機。其雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)即夾(jia)持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)和切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan),夾(jia)持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)包(bao)含(han)3組抱夾(jia)裝置,同(tong)時環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)機具備(bei)長(chang)度測量(liang)系(xi)統(tong),控制精度達到1mm,當鋼管長(chang)度達到切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)所設定的(de)(de)(de)(de)長(chang)度時,夾(jia)持(chi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)夾(jia)緊鋼管,使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)與(yu)不(bu)銹鋼焊管以同(tong)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)速度前(qian)進,隨后(hou)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)實施(shi)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)作業。雙(shuang)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)等離子切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)系(xi)統(tong)與(yu)鋼管形成一個相對速度為0的(de)(de)(de)(de)狀態,提供穩定的(de)(de)(de)(de)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)境(jing),使(shi)得切(qie)(qie)(qie)口更加整齊;其噴水(shui)系(xi)統(tong)一方(fang)面對等離子弧進行收(shou)弧聚能(neng)(neng),使(shi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)能(neng)(neng)量(liang)更加集中(zhong),提高切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)效率,另一方(fang)面對切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)周圍(wei)進行冷卻,減少切(qie)(qie)(qie)割(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)熱影響區,保(bao)證管端母(mu)材性能(neng)(neng)。
3. 精(jing)焊機(FWM)
配備(bei)3條(tiao)精焊(han)(han)(han)(han)線,每條(tiao)精焊(han)(han)(han)(han)線配置(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)三絲和外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)雙(shuang)絲的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)系統(tong),內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)和外焊(han)(han)(han)(han)均配置(zhi)(zhi)獨(du)立的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫激光自動(dong)(dong)跟蹤系統(tong)、視頻(pin)監視系統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)槍高度跟蹤系統(tong)、焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參數(shu)控制系統(tong)等,通過各結構(gou)聯動(dong)(dong),實(shi)現(xian)自動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)、實(shi)時的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)頭位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)調節和校正,確保(bao)每一條(tiao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)質(zhi)量,同時每支不銹鋼(gang)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)管的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參數(shu)實(shi)時曲(qu)線可獨(du)立存檔(dang)、回(hui)放,通過參數(shu)曲(qu)線可提前發現(xian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫存在的(de)(de)隱(yin)患(huan)點(dian),以進(jin)行針對性檢測。
4. PWS數字(zi)焊接系統
預(yu)焊(han)(han)和(he)精焊(han)(han)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)均(jun)配備了PWS數字焊(han)(han)接系(xi)統,即焊(han)(han)接電源和(he)焊(han)(han)接工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)均(jun)通過微處(chu)理器控(kong)制,從起弧到整個焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)(cheng),微處(chu)理器均(jun)以5kHz的(de)頻(pin)率對(dui)焊(han)(han)接工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)進行分析和(he)優化。焊(han)(han)接工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)過程(cheng)(cheng)采取極(ji)高的(de)頻(pin)率不(bu)斷進行分析和(he)優化,實(shi)現了對(dui)整個焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)(cheng)實(shi)時(shi)精確的(de)PI閉(bi)環控(kong)制,其直接效果使(shi)得(de)焊(han)(han)接過程(cheng)(cheng)十分穩定(ding),減少了焊(han)(han)縫缺陷和(he)管(guan)端(duan)焊(han)(han)接缺陷。
5. 112通(tong)道在線鋼(gang)管超聲(sheng)波檢測系(xi)統
生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)(xian)配備112通道在(zai)線(xian)(xian)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)超聲(sheng)波檢(jian)測(ce)系(xi)統,采用(yong)(yong)8×30mm雙晶(jing)組合(he)探(tan)頭,共25組,100通道,探(tan)頭固定梳狀掃查方(fang)(fang)式(shi)對(dui)鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)100%探(tan)傷,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)檢(jian)測(ce)平行(xing)于(yu)(yu)軋制方(fang)(fang)向線(xian)(xian)性缺陷。同(tong)時鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)兩(liang)邊200mm范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)(nei)各(ge)有5個(ge)橫波探(tan)頭,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)檢(jian)測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)邊緣與軋制方(fang)(fang)向平行(xing)的(de)缺陷。鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)兩(liang)側各(ge)15mm范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)(nei)各(ge)有1個(ge)橫波探(tan)頭,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)檢(jian)測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)邊緣與軋制方(fang)(fang)向垂直的(de)缺陷。設備具有聲(sheng)、光(guang)報警系(xi)統,缺陷自動噴標系(xi)統,以及各(ge)通道的(de)耦合(he)監視系(xi)統,缺陷檢(jian)出(chu)率(lv)100%。
6. 32通道焊縫超聲波檢測(ce)系(xi)統
生產(chan)線配備(bei)(bei)32通道焊(han)縫超(chao)聲(sheng)波檢測(ce)系統,具有24個(ge)探(tan)傷通道和(he)8個(ge)耦(ou)合監視(shi)通道,采(cai)用雙探(tan)架設計,配備(bei)(bei)激光圖像自動(dong)跟蹤系統,確(que)保檢測(ce)過程穩定性。布(bu)局探(tan)頭(tou)有X型和(he)串列(lie)型,可檢測(ce)焊(han)縫內縱向(xiang)、橫向(xiang)、斜向(xiang)、焊(han)縫中間缺陷以及焊(han)縫兩側50mm范圍內的熱影響區分層缺陷。
7. X射線實時成像檢測系統
生產線(xian)配備數字平(ping)板(ban)X射(she)線(xian)實時(shi)成像(xiang)檢測系統,采用(yong)美國珀金埃爾默公司的8in非(fei)晶(jing)數字平(ping)板(ban)系統XRD 0822 AP,空(kong)間分辨率優于3.0p/mm,具有全焊(han)縫實時(shi)存圖及回放功(gong)能,檢測靜(jing)態(tai)靈(ling)敏(min)度1.0%~1.5%,動態(tai)靈(ling)敏(min)度2.2%~2.5%。
8. 自動化鋼管輸送控制系統
輸送系統(tong)由(you)輸送輥(gun)道(dao)、橫(heng)移小(xiao)(xiao)車、存管(guan)臺架(jia)構(gou)成(cheng),輸送輥(gun)道(dao)每4個為(wei)一組,存管(guan)臺架(jia)采用(yong)V形臺架(jia),每組輥(gun)道(dao)、橫(heng)移小(xiao)(xiao)車和每個V形臺架(jia)均配置傳(chuan)感器,用(yong)于檢測鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)位置,鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)自動(dong)化輸送控制(zhi)系統(tong)由(you)中央控制(zhi)室進(jin)行監控,并自動(dong)選擇最優程序(xu)實現整個車間鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)的(de)運輸和存放,提高車間作(zuo)業效(xiao)率。
9. ERP信息(xi)化管理系統
ERP系統包括制造數(shu)據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、計(ji)劃排產(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、生產(chan)(chan)調度(du)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、庫存管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、質量(liang)(liang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、工藝過(guo)程管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、采(cai)購管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、成本管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、生產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程控(kong)制、質量(liang)(liang)數(shu)據集(ji)成分析。實(shi)現從訂單下達到產(chan)(chan)品完成的整(zheng)個(ge)生產(chan)(chan)過(guo)程的優化管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),改善各個(ge)環節的銜接效率,對生產(chan)(chan)進度(du)、產(chan)(chan)品質量(liang)(liang)數(shu)據實(shi)時反饋,從而保障產(chan)(chan)品質量(liang)(liang)和工廠及時交貨能力。
10. 機器人(ren)自動(dong)噴標系統
生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線(xian)配備機(ji)器人(ren)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)噴標(biao)系統(tong),實(shi)現生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程(cheng)鋼(gang)管信息的自(zi)動(dong)(dong)讀取(qu)和收集,中控匯總鋼(gang)管的過程(cheng)狀態信息,同時產(chan)(chan)品(pin)標(biao)識(shi)更(geng)加美觀(guan)、規范、準確。通過機(ji)器換人(ren),降(jiang)低工人(ren)勞動(dong)(dong)強度。

自(zi)2015年投(tou)產以來,金洲管道以預精(jing)焊生產線(xian)為依托,成立了能源管道研(yan)究所(suo),焊接實驗室等研(yan)發部門,整(zheng)合公司優質資源,通過自(zi)主創新和產學(xue)研(yan)等方(fang)式,加快預精(jing)焊工藝技術(shu)消(xiao)化(hua)吸收再創新,先(xian)后試(shi)制(zhi)進(jin)(jin)行了φ1219mmx16.3mm、X90M,φ1219mmx22mm、X80M,ф1219m219mmx25.425.4mm、Q345B,φ508mmx6.4mm,X65M等規格(ge),參與(yu)了新粵浙管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)φ1219x18.4,X80M管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)的單爐試(shi)制(zhi),在(zai)高鋼(gang)級(ji)大(da)壁厚的螺旋(xuan)不銹鋼(gang)焊(han)管(guan)(guan)生產工(gong)(gong)藝上(shang)積(ji)累一定的經(jing)驗(yan)。針對(dui)預焊(han)飛濺、精焊(han)質(zhi)量、生產效率等重點難點問題,進(jin)(jin)行了專項(xiang)技術(shu)攻(gong)關,通過多項(xiang)科研成果的應用,金洲管(guan)(guan)道預精焊(han)工(gong)(gong)藝技術(shu)水平達到國內領先(xian)水平。產品(pin)廣泛用于石油、天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)輸送、海(hai)底(di)管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)、城市(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)網以及大(da)型(xing)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)樁管(guan)(guan)等領域。先(xian)后承接(jie)了惠州海(hai)底(di)管(guan)(guan)道項(xiang)目、金麗溫省級(ji)天然(ran)氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)道工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、海(hai)南環島管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、江陰燃氣(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)道工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、馬(ma)來西亞管(guan)(guan)網項(xiang)目、文萊管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)項(xiang)目、伊(yi)朗管(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)項(xiang)目,以及港華(hua)燃氣(qi)(qi)、中燃燃氣(qi)(qi)、華(hua)潤燃氣(qi)(qi)等各大(da)城市(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)網工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。
