1. 用PN標記的帶頸螺紋鋼制管法蘭：用PN標記的帶頸螺紋鋼制管法蘭密封面(mian)型(xing)式及適用的公稱壓力和公稱尺寸范圍見表6-25; 用PN標記的帶頸螺紋鋼制管法蘭的型式見圖6-12~圖6-13,尺寸見表6-26~表6-32。
2. 用Class標記(ji)的(de)帶頸(jing)(jing)螺(luo)紋鋼(gang)制(zhi)(zhi)管法(fa)(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)(lan)：用Class標記(ji)的(de)帶頸(jing)(jing)螺(luo)紋鋼(gang)制(zhi)(zhi)管法(fa)(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)(lan)的(de)密(mi)封面型式及適用的(de)公稱(cheng)壓力和公稱(cheng)尺寸范(fan)圍見表(biao)(biao)6-33;用Class標記(ji)的(de)帶頸(jing)(jing)螺(luo)紋鋼(gang)制(zhi)(zhi)管法(fa)(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)(lan)的(de)型式見圖6-14,尺寸見表(biao)(biao)6-34~表(biao)(biao)6-39。
二、有(you)關帶(dai)頸螺紋法(fa)蘭技(ji)術(shu)要(yao)求(qiu)
1. PN標(biao)記的螺(luo)紋(wen)法(fa)蘭一般采(cai)用(yong)符合GB/T 7306.1-2000《55°密封管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen) 第1部分：圓(yuan)(yuan)柱內螺(luo)紋(wen)與圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)外螺(luo)紋(wen)》規(gui)定的55°圓(yuan)(yuan)柱管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen)（Rp)或采(cai)用(yong)符合GB/T 7306.2-2000《55°密封管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen) 第2部分：圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)內螺(luo)紋(wen)與圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)外螺(luo)紋(wen)》規(gui)定的55°圓(yuan)(yuan)錐(zhui)管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen)（Rc),用(yong)戶沒有(you)特殊要求，一般按55°圓(yuan)(yuan)柱管(guan)螺(luo)紋(wen)（Rp)制造(zao)。
2. Class標記(ji)的螺(luo)紋(wen)法(fa)蘭一般采(cai)用符合GB/T 12716-2002《60°密(mi)封(feng)管螺(luo)紋(wen)》規定(ding)的60°圓(yuan)錐管螺(luo)紋(wen)（NPT),或采(cai)用為用戶新規定(ding)的螺(luo)紋(wen)。
3. 采(cai)用(yong)55°管螺(luo)紋(wen)時(shi)，DN150法蘭配用(yong)的鋼管外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)應為(wei)165.1mm.采(cai)用(yong)60°圓錐管螺(luo)紋(wen)時(shi)，DN65法蘭配用(yong)鋼管外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)應為(wei)73mm;DN125法蘭配用(yong)的鋼管外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)應為(wei)141.3mm。
4. 螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)法蘭(lan)的內孔管螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)加(jia)工，應(ying)使鋼管擰(ning)入后的端部靠近但不超(chao)出法蘭(lan)密(mi)封面(mian)。
5. 螺紋軸(zhou)線應(ying)與(yu)法(fa)蘭軸(zhou)線同心(xin)，其偏差不(bu)應(ying)超過5mm/m。
6. PN標記的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)紋法(fa)蘭(lan)不(bu)帶埋頭孔，螺(luo)(luo)紋應倒(dao)角(jiao)至法(fa)蘭(lan)背面的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)紋大徑處(chu)，角(jiao)度與螺(luo)(luo)紋軸線近似(si)成30°~50°.螺(luo)(luo)紋倒(dao)角(jiao)應與螺(luo)(luo)紋同心。如果倒(dao)角(jiao)的(de)(de)長(chang)度小于一個螺(luo)(luo)距，則此倒(dao)角(jiao)長(chang)度計入螺(luo)(luo)紋長(chang)度。
7. Class150的(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)法(fa)(fa)蘭不帶埋頭(tou)孔，螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)應(ying)(ying)倒(dao)角(jiao)至法(fa)(fa)蘭背面的(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)大徑處，角(jiao)度(du)(du)與(yu)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)軸(zhou)線近似成45°;螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)倒(dao)角(jiao)應(ying)(ying)與(yu)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)同心，并(bing)計入螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)長度(du)(du)。Class300及其以(yi)上壓力等(deng)級的(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)法(fa)(fa)蘭背面應(ying)(ying)加工埋頭(tou)孔，螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)應(ying)(ying)倒(dao)角(jiao)至埋頭(tou)孔內徑處，角(jiao)度(du)(du)與(yu)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)軸(zhou)線近似成45°;螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)倒(dao)角(jiao)和(he)埋頭(tou)孔均應(ying)(ying)與(yu)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)同心。
8. 螺紋(wen)的檢測應符合有關標準的規定(ding)。
三、帶頸螺紋法蘭標(biao)記
1. 帶頸螺紋鋼制管法蘭應按下(xia)列規定進行標(biao)記：
