1. 基本條(tiao)件及要求
①. 試(shi)件(jian)材質:15CrMo.
②. 試件(jian)尺寸及坡(po)口(kou)角度:如圖(tu)4-35所示。
③. 焊(han)(han)接材料:E5503-B2(R302)或E5515-B2(R307),焊(han)(han)條直徑Φ2.5mm,焊(han)(han)條使用前要(yao)求(qiu)烘干。
④. 焊機:ZX7-400S.
2. 試(shi)件清理及裝配
①. 清除(chu)坡口及其(qi)(qi)兩側外表面20mm范圍內的油(you)、銹及其(qi)(qi)他污物(wu)、直至露出金屬(shu)光澤。
②. 裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)(pei):采用兩(liang)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)定位焊(han)接固(gu)(gu)定,點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)固(gu)(gu)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在時(shi)鐘2點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與(yu)10點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位置,所用材料與(yu)焊(han)接試(shi)(shi)件(jian)時(shi)相同,且點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)處的裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)間(jian)(jian)隙起焊(han)處為2.0mm(另一邊間(jian)(jian)隙為3.0mm).焊(han)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)長度為10~15mm,要求焊(han)透并不(bu)得(de)有焊(han)接缺陷,焊(han)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)兩(liang)端用砂(sha)輪機(ji)打磨出斜坡(po),以利(li)于(yu)接頭(tou)。試(shi)(shi)件(jian)的錯邊量應不(bu)大于(yu)0.5mm,保證管(guan)與(yu)管(guan)同心。將試(shi)(shi)件(jian)垂(chui)直固(gu)(gu)定于(yu)焊(han)接架(jia)上,接頭(tou)與(yu)操作者視線相適應為宜。

4. 操作要點及注意事項
采用三層四道焊(han),可分(fen)前后兩個半(ban)圈進行施焊(han),也可整圈進行施焊(han)。
①. 斷弧焊(han)法打(da)底焊(han)
引(yin)弧在(zai)時(shi)鐘6點前(qian)10mm的位(wei)置坡口(kou)(kou)(kou)面的一側上邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。然(ran)后把電弧移至鈍(dun)邊(bian)間(jian)隙處(chu),當鈍(dun)邊(bian)熔化后,焊(han)(han)(han)條向下(xia)(xia)壓一下(xia)(xia),當聽到“噗噗”聲后,立即(ji)把電弧移至坡口(kou)(kou)(kou)下(xia)(xia)邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)第(di)一個熔池(chi)后再(zai)采用短弧以兩點擊穿法,向坡口(kou)(kou)(kou)上邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)及下(xia)(xia)邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)根(gen)部分別給(gei)送熔滴,依次循環。在(zai)施焊(han)(han)(han)過(guo)程中,要首先(xian)擊穿坡口(kou)(kou)(kou)的下(xia)(xia)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),再(zai)擊穿坡口(kou)(kou)(kou)的上邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),并(bing)使下(xia)(xia)熔孔(kong)在(zai)前(qian)、上熔孔(kong)在(zai)后,坡口(kou)(kou)(kou)的上、下(xia)(xia)邊(bian)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)鈍(dun)邊(bian)處(chu)各要熔化1.5~2mm.弧柱(zhu)長度應透過(guo)內壁1/3左右。焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)打底(di)層(ceng)時(shi)的焊(han)(han)(han)條水(shui)平方向角(jiao)度,如圖4-36所示(shi)。焊(han)(han)(han)條的下(xia)(xia)傾角(jiao)為10°~15°,以控制(zhi)熔渣和形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)熔池(chi),并(bing)盡可(ke)能(neng)將(jiang)熔池(chi)形(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)控制(zhi)成(cheng)為斜橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing),避(bi)免出現凸圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)焊(han)(han)(han)縫,因為凸圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)焊(han)(han)(han)縫容易形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)層(ceng)間(jian)夾渣及熔合(he)不良等缺陷。
后半(ban)圈操作(zuo)方(fang)法(fa)與前半(ban)圈相同。
②. 連弧焊法打底(di)焊
在(zai)時(shi)鐘6點(dian)前10mm的位置,在(zai)坡口一側下邊(bian)(bian)緣引弧(hu),向(xiang)(xiang)上做(zuo)斜橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)運(yun)條,向(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)(hou)(hou)的動作要小(xiao),向(xiang)(xiang)上的動作要大,并(bing)同(tong)時(shi)壓住(zhu)電(dian)弧(hu),擊穿(chuan)坡口根部。當發出“噗噗”聲,形(xing)(xing)成熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔后(hou)(hou)(hou),并(bing)觀察當坡口上鈍邊(bian)(bian)被熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化1.5~2mm時(shi),再(zai)向(xiang)(xiang)下方做(zuo)斜橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)運(yun)條。坡口下鈍邊(bian)(bian)也要熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化1.5~2mm,弧(hu)柱長度要透過內壁1/2,收弧(hu)時(shi)應將電(dian)弧(hu)帶到(dao)坡口上邊(bian)(bian)緣,向(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)(hou)(hou)方提起再(zai)熄弧(hu)。接(jie)頭時(shi),應在(zai)距焊道(dao)末(mo)端10~15mm處引弧(hu),并(bing)做(zuo)斜橢圓(yuan)(yuan)運(yun)條,當運(yun)到(dao)原熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池的1/2處時(shi),將電(dian)弧(hu)向(xiang)(xiang)管內壓、擊穿(chuan),然后(hou)(hou)(hou)再(zai)以斜橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)運(yun)條法施焊。
③. 填充及蓋(gai)面(mian)焊(han)
首先清理打底焊(han)的熔(rong)(rong)渣,修(xiu)平焊(han)縫(feng)的凸處,焊(han)接第二層及蓋面焊(han)時(shi),要(yao)由下向(xiang)上排列焊(han)接的多道(dao)焊(han),采(cai)用(yong)直線運(yun)條法,焊(han)接時(shi)電(dian)流應略大一些,熔(rong)(rong)池形狀應盡可能(neng)控制為斜橢圓(yuan)形。如(ru)果(guo)運(yun)條時(shi)熔(rong)(rong)渣和液(ye)態金屬(shu)混(hun)合在(zai)一起,可將電(dian)弧略為拉長并向(xiang)后(與焊(han)接方(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)反)帶一下,熔(rong)(rong)渣就會被吹向(xiang)后方(fang),與液(ye)態金屬(shu)分離,使熔(rong)(rong)池保持清晰,焊(han)縫(feng)平整。
施焊(han)(han)(han)時(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)的(de)角度,填充時(shi)(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)要基本(ben)保持水(shui)平位(wei)置,焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)與水(shui)平軸線成90°夾(jia)角。蓋面層時(shi)(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)應與水(shui)平軸成15°傾角。下(xia)面的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)向下(xia)傾,上(shang)面的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)縫焊(han)(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)向上(shang)傾,如圖4-37所示。這樣可(ke)防(fang)止產生咬邊,并有利于焊(han)(han)(han)道與母(mu)材金(jin)屬(shu)的(de)圓滑過渡。
