近日,攀鋼研究院在成都材料院創業孵化中心成功制備出直徑2.2毫米的彈簧用高溫合(he)金GH4169冷拉絲,并交付用戶進行使用評價。經目標使用用戶檢驗,該產品的工藝性能、微觀組織、外觀質量等指標均符合標準要求。
彈(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)用(yong)GH4169合(he)金(jin)(jin)冷(leng)(leng)拉(la)(la)絲是一種高(gao)性(xing)能的高(gao)溫合(he)金(jin)(jin)產(chan)(chan)品,主要(yao)(yao)用(yong)于制(zhi)作(zuo)航(hang)空(kong)發動機、核反應堆、汽(qi)車渦輪增壓器等相關組件彈(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang),屬于重要(yao)(yao)零部件材料。GH4169合(he)金(jin)(jin)冷(leng)(leng)拉(la)(la)絲在(zai)后續的彈(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)制(zhi)備過程(cheng)中需要(yao)(yao)進行冷(leng)(leng)卷(juan)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong),為滿足(zu)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)和使(shi)(shi)用(yong)要(yao)(yao)求,對GH4169合(he)金(jin)(jin)冷(leng)(leng)拉(la)(la)絲的組織晶粒度、機械性(xing)能和表面(mian)質量等提出了嚴(yan)格(ge)的要(yao)(yao)求。當絲材冷(leng)(leng)拉(la)(la)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)不當時(shi),會使(shi)(shi)絲材產(chan)(chan)品強度無法滿足(zu)制(zhi)作(zuo)彈(dan)(dan)(dan)簧(huang)(huang)的要(yao)(yao)求,且抗彎(wan)曲(qu)和扭(niu)轉能力變(bian)差。
為滿足用(yong)戶對GH4169合金冷(leng)拉絲的質量(liang)要(yao)求,攀(pan)鋼(gang)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)院特鋼(gang)技(ji)術研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)研(yan)(yan)發人員對其(qi)冷(leng)加工(gong)工(gong)藝進行了多(duo)次(ci)研(yan)(yan)制探討,摸索出較為合理的冷(leng)加工(gong)工(gong)藝,最終在成(cheng)都材料(liao)院創業(ye)孵(fu)化中心試制成(cheng)功。
該(gai)產品(pin)的成功研發,為攀鋼緊跟我國核電、汽車等領(ling)域對高(gao)(gao)端特種(zhong)(zhong)絲材的迫切需求,搶抓高(gao)(gao)端特種(zhong)(zhong)合(he)金(jin)絲材新產品(pin)市場(chang)打下(xia)了良好基礎。
