值得注意的(de)(de)(de)(de)是,管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不能(neng)與(yu)介質重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同時(shi)(shi)考慮(lv),并且只有(you)當(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子需要進行(xing)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)試驗時(shi)(shi)才考慮(lv)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響。一般情況下(xia),對于(yu)大直徑(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),尤其(qi)(qi)是大直徑(jing)氣體管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),其(qi)(qi)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要比(bi)介質重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大許(xu)多,故(gu)這(zhe)類(lei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)支吊架應考慮(lv)能(neng)承受水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)試驗時(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。對于(yu)并行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)多根管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),如(ru)管(guan)(guan)(guan)廊上的(de)(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),每根管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)不能(neng)同時(shi)(shi)計入充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),實際的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)試驗過程也是逐根進行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de),此時(shi)(shi)在向結構專業提出荷載條件(jian)時(shi)(shi),以其(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)最(zui)大一根管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)計算即可。
冷態下(xia),管(guan)道的(de)基本載(zai)荷是(shi)按(an)管(guan)系(xi)的(de)空(kong)間幾何形(xing)狀(zhuang)進行分配(pei)的(de),即通過管(guan)系(xi)的(de)空(kong)間幾何形(xing)狀(zhuang)和支承(cheng)(cheng)點的(de)位置可以計算出各承(cheng)(cheng)重點的(de)分配(pei)載(zai)荷。
