不(bu)同(tong)物(wu)質在磁(ci)場(chang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)磁(ci)感應強度B值是不(bu)一(yi)樣的(de),即它們的(de)磁(ci)性不(bu)同(tong)。為(wei)(wei)了反(fan)映不(bu)同(tong)物(wu)質在磁(ci)場(chang)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)變(bian)化,引入磁(ci)場(chang)強度H。它與磁(ci)感應強度的(de)關系為(wei)(wei)

式中(zhong),μ是(shi)物質的磁(ci)導(dao)率,是(shi)一(yi)個反映物質導(dao)磁(ci)特性的物理量。
在國際(ji)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)制(zhi)中(zhong),磁(ci)(ci)場強度的(de)單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)為(wei)安/米(A/m)。不(bu)同(tong)磁(ci)(ci)介質(zhi)在磁(ci)(ci)場中(zhong)的(de)磁(ci)(ci)導(dao)率是不(bu)一樣的(de)。在真空(kong)中(zhong),磁(ci)(ci)導(dao)率是一個定值,稱為(wei)真空(kong)磁(ci)(ci)導(dao)率,用(yong)(yong)μo表示(shi),其單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)為(wei)亨/米(H/m),μo=4πx10-7H/m 為(wei)了使用(yong)(yong)方便,往往把不(bu)同(tong)磁(ci)(ci)介質(zhi)的(de)磁(ci)(ci)導(dao)率μ與真空(kong)磁(ci)(ci)導(dao)率進行比較(jiao),獲得相對(dui)磁(ci)(ci)導(dao)率

由于(yu)(yu)空氣的μ值接近(jin)于(yu)(yu),在一般情況下,將空氣中的磁場近(jin)似看成真(zhen)空中的磁場。

工業上(shang)常用的鋼鐵材料屬于鐵磁性物質,其根(gen)據成分(fen)組(zu)織引起的磁特性參數變化(hua)規律,大(da)致(zhi)可分(fen)為(wei)四類:
第一(yi)類:磁(ci)性(xing)較軟(ruan)
它們包括(kuo)在供貨狀態下,碳(tan)(tan)(tan)的質量分(fen)數(shu)小(xiao)于0.4%的碳(tan)(tan)(tan)素鋼,碳(tan)(tan)(tan)的質量分(fen)數(shu)小(xiao)于0.3%的低(di)合(he)金鋼,以及退火狀態下的高(gao)(gao)碳(tan)(tan)(tan)鋼。這類鋼磁(ci)(ci)導率高(gao)(gao),矯頑力低(di),剩磁(ci)(ci)較小(xiao),磁(ci)(ci)滯回線(xian)狹窄(zhai),最(zui)大磁(ci)(ci)能積也(ye)較低(di)。
第二類(lei):磁性(xing)中軟
它們包括在(zai)供貨和正火狀(zhuang)態下,碳的(de)(de)質量(liang)分數大于0.4%的(de)(de)碳素(su)鋼(gang)以及同種狀(zhuang)態下的(de)(de)低中合(he)金鋼(gang)、工(gong)具鋼(gang)以及部(bu)分高(gao)合(he)金鋼(gang),同時還包括此(ci)類(lei)鋼(gang)在(zai)淬火后(hou)進(jin)行450℃以上溫度回火者(zhe)。這類(lei)鋼(gang)較第一類(lei)鋼(gang)的(de)(de)最大磁(ci)導率有(you)(you)所下降,矯頑力和磁(ci)能積有(you)(you)所提高(gao),磁(ci)性有(you)(you)所降低。但總的(de)(de)來說還是容易磁(ci)化,鋼(gang)材剩磁(ci)也(ye)不大。
第(di)三(san)類:磁性中硬(ying)
此(ci)類(lei)材料為一般的(de)(de)淬火并(bing)進行(xing)300~400℃回火的(de)(de)中碳(tan)鋼(gang)、低中合金鋼(gang)、高合金工具鋼(gang)的(de)(de)供貨狀(zhuang)態,半馬(ma)氏(shi)體和(he)馬(ma)氏(shi)體鋼(gang)的(de)(de)正火加高溫回火狀(zhuang)態,以及大部分冷拉材料。它(ta)們的(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)性較前兩類(lei)為“硬”,磁(ci)(ci)(ci)化(hua)較困(kun)難,需要較大的(de)(de)外磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場進行(xing)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)化(hua)。同時,這類(lei)材料的(de)(de)剩磁(ci)(ci)(ci)較大,退磁(ci)(ci)(ci)較困(kun)難。
第四類:磁性較硬
其(qi)包括合金鋼(gang)淬火(huo)后(hou)回火(huo)溫(wen)度低于300℃的(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao),以及工具鋼(gang)和馬氏體不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)處理后(hou)硬度較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)。這類鋼(gang)由(you)于磁性(xing)較(jiao)(jiao)硬,磁化困(kun)難(nan),需(xu)要較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)外加磁場進行磁化。同(tong)時,這類材(cai)料(liao)(liao)剩磁也較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da),退磁也較(jiao)(jiao)困(kun)難(nan)。
值得說明(ming)的(de)是(shi),以(yi)上較(jiao)軟(ruan)、中軟(ruan)、中硬及較(jiao)硬磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)等提法是(shi)為了(le)區別(bie)于常見的(de)軟(ruan)磁(ci)(ci)及硬磁(ci)(ci)材(cai)料(liao)而(er)言的(de),它們之間沒有一個明(ming)顯的(de)量的(de)差別(bie)。在實際工作中,應(ying)該根據不(bu)同材(cai)料(liao)的(de)磁(ci)(ci)性(xing)及試驗條件(jian)來選(xuan)取(qu)材(cai)料(liao)磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)的(de)最(zui)佳(jia)技術條件(jian)。
