工業裝置廣泛采用鋼質球形儲罐(以下簡稱球罐)用來儲存液化石油氣(如乙烯、丙烯、丁烷等)、液化天然氣、液氧、液氮、液氨、氧氣、氮氣、天然氣、城市煤氣或其中間產品。球罐與立式或臥式圓筒形容器相比,在相同容積和相同壓力下,球罐的表面積最小,因而所需鋼材最少;在相同直徑和相同壁厚情況下,球罐壁內應力最小,只有圓筒形容器縱向應力的1/2,即在相同應力情況下,球罐的板厚只需圓筒形容器的一半。此外,球罐占地面積小,基礎工程量小,可充分利用土地面積。GB 12337《鋼制球形儲罐》規定,用于制造球罐受壓元件的材料有:20R、16MnR、15MnVR、15MnVNR、07MnCrMoVR、16MnDR、07MnNiCrMoVDR、09Mn2VDR等。


   ①. 按(an)形(xing)狀分為(wei)圓球(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)和橢(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)兩種。橢(tuo)球(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)球(qiu)(qiu)罐重心(xin)較(jiao)(jiao)低,但制造復雜,應用(yong)較(jiao)(jiao)少。


   ②. 按組(zu)成(cheng)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)殼(ke)(ke)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)殼(ke)(ke)板(ban)形(xing)狀(zhuang)可分為橘(ju)瓣(ban)(ban)式(shi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)罐(guan)、足球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)瓣(ban)(ban)式(shi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)罐(guan)和上述(shu)兩種(zhong)類型(xing)相混(hun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)混(hun)合式(shi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)罐(guan)。足球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)瓣(ban)(ban)式(shi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)罐(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)優點是(shi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)瓣(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)尺寸相同或相近,制(zhi)作(zuo)開片簡單(dan)。缺點是(shi)組(zu)裝比較(jiao)困(kun)難,有部分支(zhi)柱(zhu)搭焊(han)在球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)殼(ke)(ke)體的(de)(de)(de)(de)焊(han)縫上,容(rong)易(yi)形(xing)成(cheng)焊(han)接缺陷和應(ying)力集(ji)中,因(yin)而用得較(jiao)少。GB/T 17261《鋼制(zhi)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)儲(chu)罐(guan)型(xing)式(shi)與基(ji)本參(can)數》僅推(tui)薦(jian)采用橘(ju)瓣(ban)(ban)式(shi)和混(hun)合式(shi)兩種(zhong)結構的(de)(de)(de)(de)球(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)罐(guan)。


   ③. 按殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)數分為(wei)單層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)和雙層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)。雙層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)球罐由外(wai)球和內球組成,雙層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)間(jian)充填優質(zhi)隔(ge)熱材(cai)料(liao),所以隔(ge)熱保冷性能好,一(yi)般用于儲存(cun)溫度低的(de)(de)液化氣(qi),如液體(ti)(ti)乙(yi)烯。殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)材(cai)料(liao):內殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)為(wei)不銹鋼,用于承受介質(zhi)工(gong)作壓力和低溫工(gong)作條件;外(wai)殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)為(wei)碳鋼,用于承受內殼(ke)(ke)(ke)體(ti)(ti)和介質(zhi)的(de)(de)重(zhong)量,同時可隔(ge)絕(jue)雨、雪對隔(ge)熱材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)侵(qin)襲。但雙層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)球罐施(shi)工(gong)很(hen)復(fu)雜,我國目前僅見(jian)于設計資料(liao),尚(shang)無(wu)施(shi)工(gong)實踐。


   ④. 按支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)結構分為(wei)柱式(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)和裙(qun)式(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)。柱式(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)中以赤道正切柱式(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)用(yong)(yong)得最多(duo),我國應用(yong)(yong)較(jiao)廣(guang)。裙(qun)式(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)座有(you)圓筒裙(qun)式(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)和錐形裙(qun)式(shi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng),用(yong)(yong)于容積較(jiao)小的球罐,但用(yong)(yong)得較(jiao)少。
