某(mou)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線設計溫(wen)度為-46~80℃,如選用(yong)泡(pao)(pao)沫玻璃,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道保冷厚度比聚氨酯厚,導(dao)致管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道隔熱后(hou)直徑增(zeng)大,附塔管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線排(pai)布間距(ju)增(zeng)大,框架上配管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)布置設計困難;泡(pao)(pao)沫玻璃密度較(jiao)大,導(dao)致管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線荷載(zai)增(zeng)加。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道跨距(ju)減小(xiao),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道支架增(zeng)加。這些因(yin)素將使得保冷材料、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道支架、結構、設備費(fei)用(yong)增(zeng)加。


 根據GB 50264《工業設備及管道絕(jue)熱工程(cheng)設計規范(fan)》和SH/T3010《石(shi)油化工設備和管道絕(jue)熱工程(cheng)設計規范(fan)》的規定(ding)聚(ju)氨酯推薦使用溫度為-65~80℃,因(yin)此,選用了聚(ju)氨酯作(zuo)為這(zhe)根管道的保冷材料(liao)。
