不銹鋼管道分支(zhi)(zhi)處補(bu)強方(fang)式(shi)(shi)的選(xuan)擇,一(yi)般是通過定(ding)(ding)性(xing)分析和(he)定(ding)(ding)量(liang)計算(suan)(suan)相結合(he)的方(fang)式(shi)(shi)來確定(ding)(ding)。定(ding)(ding)量(liang)計算(suan)(suan)的詳細(xi)講述見本書第三(san)章中支(zhi)(zhi)管連接形式(shi)(shi)的選(xuan)用與強度計算(suan)(suan)工程應用。
1. 分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管連(lian)接方(fang)式的選用,主要根據管道的設計(ji)溫度、設計(ji)壓力(li)、腐蝕余量等設計(ji)條(tiao)件確定。分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)的方(fang)法基本為兩種,對于低壓大直(zhi)徑(jing)管則(ze)直(zhi)接把分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管焊于主管上(shang);其(qi)他多數是利用分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)管件進行分(fen)支(zhi)(zhi)。
①. 當從主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)引出支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)與主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)的比值大(da)(da)于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)0.5時,采(cai)用(yong)異徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)三(san)通或等(deng)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)三(san)通;當主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為(wei)等(deng)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)時,應采(cai)用(yong)三(san)通。GB 50316規定:公稱(cheng)壓力(li)大(da)(da)于(yu)或等(deng)于(yu)10MPa的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為(wei)異徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)時,不宜采(cai)用(yong)焊接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),宜采(cai)用(yong)三(san)通或在(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上開孔并焊接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺。當主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)大(da)(da)于(yu)DN65而支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)(jing)為(wei)DN40和以下時,根據設(she)計壓力(li)的大(da)(da)小,采(cai)用(yong)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺或半管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭。
有(you)的規范(fan)規定(ding),一般主(zhu)管(guan)尺(chi)(chi)寸的一半并(bing)降低(di)兩(liang)個尺(chi)(chi)寸系(xi)列,就沒有(you)三通(tong)可(ke)(ke)(ke)供使用了(le),如主(zhu)管(guan)為12”,標(biao)準三通(tong)一般可(ke)(ke)(ke)做(zuo)到5"(不常用的口徑),再低(di)就沒有(you)三通(tong)可(ke)(ke)(ke)供選(xuan)用了(le)。
②. 普通無腐蝕性(xing)的低溫介(jie)質(zhi)(如(ru)LNG),在(zai)中、低壓(ya)條件(jian)下(一(yi)般(ban)不(bu)大(da)于(yu)9MPa),小尺(chi)寸(cun)的分支(zhi)(≤2”),選(xuan)用半管接頭(half coupling),在(zai)高壓(ya)條件(jian)下(一(yi)般(ban)大(da)于(yu)9MPa),小尺(chi)寸(cun)的分支(zhi)(≤2")選(xuan)用對焊(han)支(zhi)管座(zuo)(weldolet)。
③. 普通無腐(fu)蝕性的低溫介質(如LNG),在中(zhong)、低壓條件下(一般<6MPa),大尺(chi)寸的分支(zhi)(>2”),選(xuan)用補強板連接(reinforcing pad);在高壓條件下(一般大于6MPa),大尺(chi)寸的分支(zhi)(>2”)選(xuan)用對焊支(zhi)管(guan)座(Weldolet)。
④. 等級表中低溫(wen)管(guan)道的分支形式(shi)主要(yao)包括標準三(san)通、半管(guan)接(jie)頭、對(dui)焊支管(guan)座、補強(qiang)板連接(jie)、直接(jie)開口(kou)(較少)等形式(shi)。
⑤. 其(qi)他(ta)工況支管(guan)連接方(fang)式的選(xuan)用:
a. 主管直(zhi)徑小于DN50時,支管小于主管,則用異徑三通(tong)或(huo)等徑三通(tong)加異徑短管。
b. 設計壓力(li)等(deng)(deng)于或(huo)(huo)大于2.0MPa、設計溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過250℃以及支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)與(yu)主(zhu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直(zhi)徑之比(bi)大于0.8,或(huo)(huo)承(cheng)受(shou)機械(xie)振動、壓力(li)脈(mo)動和溫(wen)度(du)急劇(ju)變(bian)化的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道分支(zhi),應采用等(deng)(deng)徑異(yi)徑三通(tong);公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直(zhi)徑小(xiao)于或(huo)(huo)等(deng)(deng)于40mm的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道,應采用承(cheng)插焊(han)(或(huo)(huo)螺(luo)紋(wen))鍛制三通(tong);公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)直(zhi)徑等(deng)(deng)于或(huo)(huo)大于50mm的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道,應采用對(dui)焊(han)三通(tong)、對(dui)焊(han)加(jia)強管(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)(tou)(對(dui)焊(han)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)或(huo)(huo)嵌入(ru)式(鞍形(xing))支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭(tou)(tou)。
c. 支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)通過加強管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)與主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)是指將一個螺紋(wen)、承插焊或對(dui)焊的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)或半(ban)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺)直接(jie)(jie)(jie)焊于(yu)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上而(er)制(zhi)成,螺紋(wen)、承插焊支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺用于(yu)直徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的(de)支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)。螺紋(wen)、承插焊支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺在任何情況下其額定等(deng)級應大于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)2000lb。
d. 其他支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)可用(yong)直接(jie)(jie)焊接(jie)(jie),但必須經校核后明(ming)確是否增加(jia)補(bu)強。直接(jie)(jie)焊接(jie)(jie)在(zai)主管(guan)(guan)上的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),不(bu)宜(yi)用(yong)于有機(ji)械振(zhen)動(dong)、壓力脈動(dong)和溫度急劇(ju)變化(hua)的(de)部位及設計溫度超過425℃的(de)管(guan)(guan)道,當支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處(chu)承受(shou)由于支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)熱變形,外荷(he)(he)載及支(zhi)(zhi)架位移等引起的(de)應力時,應對附加(jia)荷(he)(he)載在(zai)支(zhi)(zhi)管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)處(chu)產(chan)生的(de)影響進行分(fen)析并(bing)采取必要(yao)的(de)加(jia)強措施。
⑥. 依(yi)據管道等級中已經確定的法蘭壓力等級或(huo)公稱壓力來選用(yong)支(zhi)管連接(jie)件。
一般,當法蘭的公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)力(li)(li)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)力(li)(li)≤2.5MPa(磅級(ji)系列≤150lb)時(shi),綜(zong)合考慮其他工況后,支管(guan)可直接(jie)焊(han)接(jie)在主管(guan)上;當公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)力(li)(li)≥4.0MPa(磅級(ji)系列公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)力(li)(li)≥300lb)時(shi),則(ze)根據主管(guan)支管(guan)公(gong)稱(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)直徑的不同按對焊(han)三通(tong)、對焊(han)加(jia)強管(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)、承插焊(han)或螺紋連接(jie)三通(tong)、承插焊(han)或螺紋加(jia)強管(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)的順序選用。
2. 管(guan)件壁(bi)厚
在確定支管(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)時,應根據管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)等強度的(de)原則以(yi)及管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)方式而定。例如,當管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)采用(yong)對焊(han)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)時,管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)應一致;而當管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)采用(yong)承插(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺(luo)紋(wen)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)時,標準的(de)承插(cha)焊(han)和螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)只(zhi)有Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最低的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)就(jiu)是Sch80,也就(jiu)是說只(zhi)要當承插(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)所連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)不(bu)大于(yu)Sch80時,承插(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)就(jiu)選Sch80。而當所連(lian)(lian)(lian)接(jie)(jie)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)大于(yu)Sch80時,承插(cha)焊(han)或(huo)螺(luo)紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)(jian)的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)號(hao)(hao)(hao)就(jiu)選Sch60或(huo)XXS。
當對焊(han)三(san)通(tong)(tong)主管(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)所連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)不同(tong)時,應(ying)注意三(san)通(tong)(tong)主管(guan)(guan)、支管(guan)(guan)端(duan)部的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)應(ying)分別與其所連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)管(guan)(guan)子(zi)表號(hao)相同(tong),這樣就非常方便管(guan)(guan)道施(shi)工,管(guan)(guan)件不必現場(chang)再打坡(po)口。
3. 支管直(zhi)接焊于主管的補強計算
GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等規(gui)范與ASME B31.3關(guan)于(yu)面積補強(qiang)法的計算基(ji)本相同(tong)。
