一、基本情況
江(jiang)蘇天淮鋼管(guan)有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司φ508mm(20in)PQF連軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組,是目(mu)前(qian)全球(qiu)最大口徑的三輥(gun)式(shi)連軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組,2012年(nian)(nian)5月28日熱負荷試車成(cheng)功。該機(ji)(ji)組由中冶京(jing)誠工程(cheng)技術有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司做工廠設計(ji),主軋線設備由德(de)國梅爾公(gong)司、意大利因(yin)西設計(ji)制造,設計(ji)能力為年(nian)(nian)產(chan)無縫鋼管(guan)50萬(wan)噸(dun)。自投(tou)產(chan)半(ban)年(nian)(nian)時間(jian)里,生產(chan)Φ377~508mm 規格鋼管(guan)共3.8萬(wan)噸(dun),產(chan)品質量(liang)優良。
二、產品規(gui)格和主要品種

3. 工藝流程
φ508mm PQF連(lian)軋管(guan)機組的(de)工藝(yi)布置如(ru)圖(tu)6-16所示。
工(gong)(gong)藝流程為:合格管(guan)坯→鋸(ju)切→冷(leng)定(ding)心→環(huan)形(xing)爐加熱(re)→高壓水除(chu)(chu)磷→穿孔→吹硼砂→穿芯棒(bang)→高壓水除(chu)(chu)鱗(lin)(lin)→F連軋(ya)→脫管(guan)→高壓水除(chu)(chu)鱗(lin)(lin)→定(ding)徑→冷(leng)卻→定(ding)尺鋸(ju)切→矯直(zhi)→吹吸灰→探傷(shang)→人工(gong)(gong)內外表面檢(jian)查→噴標(biao)→收集入庫。
三個變形主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)由帶管坯預(yu)旋(xuan)轉的錐形輥(gun)導(dao)板式穿孔機(ji)、5機(ji)架PQF限動(dong)(dong)芯棒連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)、12架單獨傳動(dong)(dong)的定徑機(ji)組成,三大主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)本(ben)體設(she)備都由德國MEER公司(si)(si)設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao),主(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)設(she)備前后(hou)臺連(lian)線設(she)備由中冶京誠工(gong)程技術有限公司(si)(si)設(she)計(ji),天津賽瑞機(ji)器制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)有限公司(si)(si)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)。φ508PQF機(ji)組采(cai)用(yong)更為完善的先(xian)進(jin)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)系(xi)統-CARTA系(xi)統、嚴格的質量(liang)控制(zhi)系(xi)統-QAS系(xi)統、物料跟(gen)蹤系(xi)統(MTS)以及(ji)在(zai)線檢測(ce)系(xi)統等工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)控制(zhi)技術,從(cong)而確保了熱軋(ya)大口徑無縫鋼管生產的工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)先(xian)進(jin)性及(ji)穩定性。
四、主要工(gong)藝設備及(ji)性能特(te)點
1. 環形加熱爐
環形爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)由LOI天津公司設計及制(zhi)作,為(wei)降(jiang)低(di)成本,采用(yong)高爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)和天然(ran)氣(qi)混(hun)合氣(qi)作為(wei)燃料(liao)。從裝料(liao)到出料(liao)共分7個(ge)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)控(kong)制(zhi)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),其(qi)中(zhong)第(di)1~2段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)為(wei)預熱(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)為(wei)均(jun)熱(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan);其(qi)中(zhong)預熱(re)2段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)和加(jia)(jia)熱(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)采用(yong)高爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)蓄(xu)熱(re)燒嘴,均(jun)熱(re)段(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)用(yong)頂置的天然(ran)氣(qi)平焰(yan)燒嘴均(jun)熱(re),環形爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)采用(yong)全自動、先進、可靠的熱(re)工(gong)(gong)控(kong)制(zhi)系統測量(liang)(liang)和控(kong)制(zhi)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)子的熱(re)工(gong)(gong)過(guo)程,可根據不同工(gong)(gong)況準(zhun)確匹(pi)配(pei)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)子供熱(re)量(liang)(liang),保(bao)證管坯按(an)最(zui)佳(jia)的工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)曲線加(jia)(jia)熱(re)和保(bao)溫。
環形加熱爐(lu)主要參(can)數包括:

2. 錐形輥穿孔機
該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。
由于本機(ji)(ji)組采用的管坯(pi)直徑(jing)(jing)(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機(ji)(ji)組管坯(pi)直徑(jing)(jing)大(da)(da),管坯(pi)重量(liang)也大(da)(da),為方便管坯(pi)咬入(ru),防止前(qian)卡事故,在前(qian)臺(tai)設置了管坯(pi)預旋轉(zhuan)裝置,見圖6-17,大(da)(da)管坯(pi)在推鋼機(ji)(ji)推入(ru)軋(ya)輥(gun)前(qian)在預旋轉(zhuan)的驅動下旋轉(zhuan)起來(lai),這樣很大(da)(da)程(cheng)度改善了咬入(ru)條件(jian),減(jian)少了事故,提(ti)高了軋(ya)輥(gun)壽命(ming)。
該穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機后臺一(yi)段(duan)有(you)(you)6組(zu)三輥定(ding)心裝置,后臺二段(duan)的(de)(de)頂桿(gan)采用在(zai)線小(xiao)車(che)上下料(liao)、頂頭(tou)采用內(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)水冷加(jia)外部(bu)氣霧冷卻(que)方(fang)式(shi),當頂頭(tou)穿(chuan)(chuan)廢時隨(sui)頂桿(gan)一(yi)起更換,見圖(tu)6-18所(suo)示(shi)。頂桿(gan)上料(liao)后冷卻(que)水可(ke)直接循環(huan)到頂頭(tou)工(gong)作段(duan)的(de)(de)內(nei)腔,在(zai)軋制(zhi)及間(jian)歇(xie)不管頂桿(gan)在(zai)什(shen)么位(wei)置,都能通(tong)過內(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)水對(dui)(dui)頂頭(tou)快速(su)冷卻(que);在(zai)軋制(zhi)間(jian)歇(xie)時頂桿(gan)回退到基位(wei)后,進入有(you)(you)外部(bu)氣霧冷卻(que)箱對(dui)(dui)頂頭(tou)進行外部(bu)冷卻(que),氣霧冷卻(que)箱中(zhong)的(de)(de)15道水環(huan)分4組(zu)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),從圓周方(fang)向分別(bie)對(dui)(dui)頂頭(tou)不同部(bu)位(wei)分別(bie)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)時間(jian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)水量來冷卻(que),從而保證(zheng)了頂頭(tou)工(gong)作段(duan)良好的(de)(de)冷卻(que)效果。
在以(yi)前(qian)18英寸PQF機組基礎上(shang)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)冷卻(que)形式(shi)做了很(hen)大改進,見圖6-19(其中,圖6-19為(wei)本機組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)結構(gou),圖6-19(b)為(wei)原18in頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)結構(gou)),頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)由(you)原來的實心(xin)體改為(wei)空腔體,以(yi)至于內部冷卻(que)水能一直貫通(tong)整個頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的內腔,使(shi)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)的尖端及(ji)工作段能得到徹底(di)冷卻(que),從而延長了頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)壽命。
本機組的毛管橫(heng)移(yi)采用可伸縮的大擺臂移(yi)送(song)到(dao)硼(peng)(peng)砂工位,吹完硼(peng)(peng)砂后由帶擺動撥叉地面小車將毛管移(yi)送(song)到(dao)PQF連軋機前臺。
穿(chuan)孔機主要參數包括:
最大/最小(xiao)軋(ya)輥直徑:1700mm/1550mm;
最大出(chu)口速度:0.8m/s;
最大軋制力(li)矩:3165kN·m;
主(zhu)電(dian)機(ji)功(gong)率(lv):8200kW×2臺(tai);
主電機最(zui)大轉速:354r/min;
氣霧冷卻(que)系統:水(shui)壓(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣壓(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。
3. PQF連軋管機
本機(ji)(ji)組(zu)PQF連軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)為5機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)軸向(xiang)換輥(gun)連軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)見圖6-20,優點是隧道(dao)式筒形牌坊剛度(du)及強度(du)好,傳動(dong)(dong)布(bu)置緊湊(cou),軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)穩定性好。每架(jia)(jia)(jia)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)三(san)個互成120°的(de)軋(ya)輥(gun)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)獨立的(de)軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)單元一軋(ya)輥(gun)小(xiao)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)內,安裝(zhuang)在(zai)隧道(dao)上的(de)伺服(fu)液壓(ya)小(xiao)倉,可(ke)以(yi)對(dui)軋(ya)輥(gun)輥(gun)縫進行同步調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)也可(ke)以(yi)單獨調(diao)(diao)整(zheng),即采用了輥(gun)縫自動(dong)(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(HCCS),從而(er)保證(zheng)了軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)質量,另外(wai),該連軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)生產過程(cheng)中采用了工(gong)藝過程(cheng)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)(PSS),實(shi)現了溫度(du)補(bu)償、咬入沖擊控制(zhi)(zhi)、錐形芯棒伺服(fu)和(he)頭尾削尖等功能。
由(you)于該機組軋制(zhi)節(jie)奏較(jiao)慢(最快40s/支(zhi)),只有在線(xian)(xian)穿芯棒方式,不設預穿線(xian)(xian),減少(shao)了(le)芯棒在線(xian)(xian)數量(liang),減少(shao)了(le)芯棒與(yu)毛管(guan)接觸時間(jian),減少(shao)了(le)毛管(guan)的溫降,提(ti)高了(le)芯棒壽命,節(jie)省(sheng)了(le)設備(bei)投資。

限動(dong)最大返回速度:4.5m/s;
軋制中限(xian)動速度:1.5m/s。
4. 定徑機
采用(yong)12架(jia)(jia)(jia)三輥(gun)式定徑機(ji),見(jian)圖6-21,每架(jia)(jia)(jia)都(dou)有一臺電(dian)(dian)機(ji)驅動,機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)采用(yong)傘齒輪(lun)內傳動結構,在(zai)機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)外有一根傳動軸通(tong)過聯軸器(qi)與12架(jia)(jia)(jia)組合式的(de)減速器(qi)相連接,奇偶架(jia)(jia)(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)前(qian)后排上下兩層排列,整個定徑機(ji)布置緊湊。該機(ji)組在(zai)定徑機(ji)前(qian)設(she)置了高壓(ya)水(shui)除(chu)鱗裝置,提高鋼管的(de)外表面質量,延長(chang)軋輥(gun)壽命。
定(ding)徑機主要(yao)參數包括:
軋輥名義直徑:φ1000mm;
機架間距:880mm;
入口鋼管速度:0.8~1.5m/s;
出口鋼管(guan)速度:0.85~2.0m/s;
電機(ji)功率:350kW×12臺;
電(dian)機轉(zhuan)速:200~600/1200r/min。
五、機組工藝控制系(xi)統和質量(liang)保證(zheng)系(xi)統
PQF三輥(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機組(zu)數量的(de)不斷增多,使得PQF連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機的(de)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)和質量保(bao)證(zheng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)不斷提高完善,從而保(bao)證(zheng)了更(geng)好的(de)產(chan)(chan)品質量,更(geng)高的(de)成材率和設(she)備利用(yong)(yong)率以及(ji)較(jiao)低的(de)工(gong)(gong)具消耗。整個(ge)機組(zu)的(de)過程管(guan)(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)包括通常所說的(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)等(deng)在內(nei)(nei)的(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)以及(ji)QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)兩(liang)大(da)部(bu)分組(zu)成。整個(ge)熱軋(ya)線的(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是用(yong)(yong)來生產(chan)(chan)計劃及(ji)生產(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)理的(de)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),由穿孔(kong)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)定(ding)徑機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)三部(bu)分組(zu)成,其中PQF軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)CARTA是核心部(bu)分,穿孔(kong)機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數設(she)定(ding)、頂頭(tou)導(dao)板軋(ya)輥(gun)等(deng)軋(ya)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)具設(she)計等(deng)內(nei)(nei)容;張減機CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是孔(kong)型設(she)計、工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數設(she)定(ding)等(deng)內(nei)(nei)容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)是用(yong)(yong)于熱軋(ya)線質量控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的(de)檢測系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)。
六(liu)、在線(xian)檢測質量(liang)保證系統QAS
QAS是一個在線獨立工(gong)(gong)作站,通過對(dui)物料(liao)的(de)跟蹤(zong)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce),對(dui)數(shu)據進行收(shou)集分析(xi)和存儲,并將(jiang)分析(xi)的(de)結果及時(shi)反(fan)饋給(gei)CARTA系統(tong)以(yi)(yi)(yi)實(shi)施對(dui)物料(liao)的(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi),保(bao)(bao)(bao)證鋼管(guan)(guan)質量。QAS檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)具體(ti)內(nei)容包括:管(guan)(guan)坯稱重以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)坯料(liao)超重,實(shi)現坯料(liao)跟蹤(zong);環(huan)形爐出(chu)口(kou)(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)優(you)化管(guan)(guan)坯加(jia)熱,滿足穿(chuan)孔及連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)工(gong)(gong)藝要求(qiu),確保(bao)(bao)(bao)鋼管(guan)(guan)質量;穿(chuan)孔后(hou)(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)長以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)幾何尺(chi)寸,確保(bao)(bao)(bao)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)的(de)咬入(ru)及軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)的(de)穩(wen)定;芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)潤(run)滑(hua)前測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)滿足芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)噴涂潤(run)滑(hua)劑的(de)工(gong)(gong)藝要求(qiu),確保(bao)(bao)(bao)鋼管(guan)(guan)內(nei)表面質量和芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒(bang)使用壽命;連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)人口(kou)(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)度(du)確保(bao)(bao)(bao)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)正(zheng)常咬入(ru)及軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)的(de)穩(wen)定性;連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)后(hou)(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)厚(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)長測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)出(chu)口(kou)(kou)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)幾何尺(chi)寸,確保(bao)(bao)(bao)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)壁厚(hou)精(jing)度(du);定徑前測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)度(du),確保(bao)(bao)(bao)定徑軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)穩(wen)定性。
七、機組特點
1. 增大管坯直徑,降(jiang)低穿孔的擴徑率,提高(gao)毛管的幾(ji)何尺寸精度
與相近機組(zu)相比(如表6-11所示(shi)),該機組(zu)增(zeng)大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)的(de)意義在于:對于環(huan)形爐(lu),大(da)(da)口徑(jing)(jing)(jing)厚壁管(guan)(guan)生產時(shi)降低(di)了(le)(le)坯(pi)(pi)料的(de)長度,設計(ji)中減(jian)少了(le)(le)環(huan)形爐(lu)的(de)中徑(jing)(jing)(jing),在環(huan)形爐(lu)建(jian)設中減(jian)少了(le)(le)近5%投資(zi);對于穿(chuan)孔機而(er)言,管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)增(zeng)大(da)(da)了(le)(le),但(dan)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)的(de)幾(ji)何尺寸(cun)和同(tong)類機組(zu)一樣,這樣毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)的(de)擴徑(jing)(jing)(jing)率降低(di)了(le)(le)近10%,在穿(chuan)孔斜(xie)軋(ya)過程(cheng)中,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降低(di)了(le)(le)軋(ya)件的(de)橫向變(bian)形,能很(hen)好抑制穿(chuan)孔的(de)附(fu)加(jia)變(bian)形程(cheng)度,提高(gao)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)的(de)幾(ji)何尺寸(cun)精度。
2. 穿孔機采(cai)用新型的頂(ding)桿頂(ding)頭(tou)連接形式和更換方式
與(yu)φ460機(ji)(ji)組相比,天淮508機(ji)(ji)組穿孔(kong)后(hou)臺二段形(xing)式徹(che)底改(gai)進(jin),針對大機(ji)(ji)組節(jie)奏較慢(最(zui)快(kuai)40s以上)的(de)特點(dian),為提(ti)高設(she)備的(de)運行穩定性,增(zeng)加頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)上下(xia)料(liao)小車(che),實現頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)的(de)在(zai)(zai)線循(xun)環,改(gai)變了同(tong)類錐(zhui)形(xing)穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)組單頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)在(zai)(zai)線自動(dong)快(kuai)換頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)模式(設(she)備精度要求(qiu)較高),采用頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)和(he)(he)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)通過(guo)過(guo)盈(ying)錐(zhui)面(mian)配合外(wai)加定位銷連接(jie),見圖6-19,并線外(wai)裝配作(zuo)業(ye),這樣(yang)減少了換規格過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)設(she)備調整時間,改(gai)進(jin)后(hou)還避免生(sheng)產過(guo)程(cheng)中在(zai)(zai)線頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)安裝不(bu)上出(chu)現無頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)軋制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)藝事故,節(jie)省了頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)消耗(hao)和(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)藝事故擴(kuo)大化(hua)造成(cheng)的(de)機(ji)(ji)械故障(zhang),節(jie)省工(gong)(gong)具費用同(tong)時提(ti)高了作(zuo)業(ye)率。另外(wai),采用頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)更(geng)換小車(che)形(xing)式,換孔(kong)型時提(ti)前(qian)準備好新(xin)孔(kong)型的(de)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),10min 內完成(cheng)穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)組的(de)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)更(geng)換,較同(tong)類型機(ji)(ji)組穿孔(kong)孔(kong)型更(geng)換時換頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)節(jie)省近90%的(de)時間。
3. 改進了(le)穿孔機組頂頭的冷卻方式
天淮φ508機(ji)組穿孔頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式增加(jia)了(le)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)并(bing)改(gai)進(jin)了(le)外(wai)(wai)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)方式,該(gai)機(ji)組冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)能直接到(dao)達(da)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)腔體內(nei)(見圖6-19),設(she)計(ji)時增加(jia)了(le)內(nei)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)壓,由(you)同(tong)類(lei)機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)8bar增加(jia)到(dao)12bar,提高了(le)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)速率。改(gai)進(jin)了(le)外(wai)(wai)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)形式,在(zai)同(tong)類(lei)穿孔機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)更換裝置的(de)(de)(de)位置,設(she)計(ji)了(le)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)外(wai)(wai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)專用(yong)裝置,該(gai)裝置采用(yong)氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式,見圖6-18,并(bing)配套電氣(qi)控制系(xi)統(tong),根據頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)規格和(he)溫度調整噴(pen)吹(chui)壓力(li)和(he)時間,保證頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)均勻,避免了(le)軋制后的(de)(de)(de)高溫頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由(you)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)不(bu)均造成(cheng)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)開裂報廢。該(gai)機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)內(nei)外(wai)(wai)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)方式,從(cong)近(jin)半(ban)年(nian)生(sheng)產統(tong)計(ji)鍛造頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的(de)(de)(de)平均壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)達(da)到(dao)450支(zhi)(個別達(da)到(dao)900支(zhi))以上,頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)平均壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)是其他同(tong)類(lei)機(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)1.5倍以上。
4. 連軋短(duan)管模式
為(wei)保證大口徑厚(hou)壁管(guan)(guan)的生產(chan),連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組增加短管(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,設計中連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)與脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)間距為(wei)11.5m,在生產(chan)短于11.5m大口徑超厚(hou)壁管(guan)(guan)時(shi),開發連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)的短管(guan)(guan)模(mo)式,在設計過(guo)程中考慮(lv)實現最短8m管(guan)(guan)生產(chan),脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)電機(ji)(ji)選(xuan)型時(shi)保證低速(su)性能穩定(ding),依靠限動齒條(tiao)將(jiang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)后(hou)管(guan)(guan)送進脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji),這(zhe)時(shi)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)的線速(su)度和(he)限動速(su)度一致,咬入(ru)后(hou)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)升速(su)實現荒(huang)管(guan)(guan)和(he)芯棒脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)開。
5. 為(wei)保(bao)證大口徑薄壁管表面質量,移送設備創新結(jie)構,做到輕(qing)拿(na)輕(qing)放
為(wei)保證大(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄(bo)(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)表面質量,防止鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)移送過(guo)(guo)程出(chu)現嗑(ke)(ke)(ke)傷及(ji)(ji)劃痕現象,本機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)橫移機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)及(ji)(ji)脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)后橫移鏈撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)都(dou)(dou)進(jin)行改進(jin)創新(xin)。在(zai)(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)中(zhong)(zhong),毛管(guan)(guan)從三(san)輥定心由(you)(you)一(yi)個撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤撥(bo)(bo)(bo)出(chu)由(you)(you)另(ling)一(yi)個撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)鉤接(jie)料(liao)(liao)(liao)放到(dao)旋轉托輥上(shang)吹硼砂(sha),見圖6-22(a),吹完硼砂(sha)后由(you)(you)高架小(xiao)車(che)移送到(dao)帶(dai)高度調整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)(liao)鞍(an)座(zuo)上(shang),毛管(guan)(guan)滾(gun)(gun)落(luo)到(dao)鞍(an)座(zuo)輥道上(shang)進(jin)而由(you)(you)連(lian)軋(ya)前臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉臂(bei)(bei)取走;防止大(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄(bo)(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(特(te)別是(shi)徑壁(bi)大(da)(da)于48)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)出(chu)現的(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑(ke)(ke)(ke)傷和劃痕,天(tian)淮ф508mm機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)在(zai)(zai)此(ci)進(jin)行了(le)改進(jin)創新(xin),見圖6-22(b),三(san)輥定心出(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)由(you)(you)可伸縮的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)擺臂(bei)(bei)移送到(dao)硼砂(sha)工位,吹完硼砂(sha)后由(you)(you)地面小(xiao)車(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)將(jiang)毛管(guan)(guan)取走,小(xiao)車(che)到(dao)行程后,小(xiao)車(che)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)將(jiang)毛管(guan)(guan)移到(dao)垂(chui)直升降的(de)(de)(de)(de)放料(liao)(liao)(liao)叉(cha)(cha),小(xiao)車(che)回退,然后由(you)(you)連(lian)軋(ya)前臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉臂(bei)(bei)取走毛管(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)毛管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)次接(jie)力傳遞中(zhong)(zhong)都(dou)(dou)避免(mian)了(le)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)叉(cha)(cha)及(ji)(ji)鞍(an)座(zuo)臺架上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)滾(gun)(gun)動(dong)沖擊,都(dou)(dou)是(shi)輕拿輕放,避免(mian)了(le)嗑(ke)(ke)(ke)傷和劃痕,提高了(le)表面質量。另(ling)外,本機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)在(zai)(zai)脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)后橫移鏈冷(leng)床入口(kou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)采用(yong)了(le)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)防護機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou),見圖6-23,當鏈床的(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)抬起過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)附帶(dai)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)防護板也隨之升起以保護鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)防止在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)盤(pan)上(shang)嗑(ke)(ke)(ke)傷,當撥(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)(liao)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)下時反向(xiang)連(lian)桿機(ji)(ji)構(gou)(gou)使(shi)防護板也落(luo)下,將(jiang)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)慢慢放下,從而避免(mian)了(le)在(zai)(zai)以前18in機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上(shang)薄(bo)(bo)臂(bei)(bei)管(guan)(guan)總在(zai)(zai)小(xiao)冷(leng)床入口(kou)嗑(ke)(ke)(ke)傷的(de)(de)(de)(de)后果。在(zai)(zai)天(tian)淮φ508mm機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu)中(zhong)(zhong),類似以上(shang)保護措(cuo)施及(ji)(ji)結構(gou)(gou)應用(yong)較多,進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)提高了(le)大(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄(bo)(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面質量。
八、結論
Φ508mmPQF機組(zu)是當(dang)今世(shi)界上(shang)最大的熱(re)連軋管生產機組(zu),擁有了世(shi)界上(shang)最先進的工藝設計和(he)過程控制水平,同(tong)時設計過程中對同(tong)類機組(zu)的不足(zu)之處和(he)薄弱環節進行(xing)了重大改進,創(chuang)新了5項技術:
1. 在吸(xi)收以(yi)往的(de)(de)MPM和PQF機(ji)(ji)組(zu)經驗的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,采用(yong)8200kW大功(gong)率穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)加大了(le)穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)變形量(liang),減小了(le)后續工序(xu)變形,穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)延伸系數最(zui)大能夠達(da)到4.7。并設計減小了(le)穿(chuan)孔毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)與連軋芯棒之間(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi),因此更有(you)利于生(sheng)產(chan)薄(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)和高合金管(guan)(guan),已成功(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)徑壁(bi)比達(da)到56。同(tong)時最(zui)大限度地(di)消除了(le)PQF軋機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)內壁(bi)傷問題,提高了(le)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)壁(bi)厚精(jing)度和均(jun)勻度。表(biao)6-12及圖6-24為φ508mm機(ji)(ji)組(zu)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)取樣情況(kuang):A~H為沿鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)同(tong)一斷面(mian)測(ce)得的(de)(de)8個壁(bi)厚數據(ju)。由圖表(biao)可(ke)知鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)各斷面(mian)的(de)(de)壁(bi)厚偏差率都在±8%以(yi)內。
2. 穿孔(kong)機組采用新型的頂(ding)桿(gan)和頂(ding)頭連接和更換方式,保證設備運行穩定,減少了(le)事故,提高了(le)作業率,降低(di)了(le)頂(ding)桿(gan)費(fei)用。
3. 穿孔機組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)增加(jia)了(le)(le)內水冷(leng)并設(she)計外水冷(leng)裝(zhuang)置,保證頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)冷(leng)卻均勻,提高(gao)了(le)(le)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)冷(leng)卻效果(guo),頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)壽命(ming)提高(gao)近(jin)50%,為同類機組提供(gong)了(le)(le)改進技術。
4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚壁管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。
5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄壁管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
